I need to be compensated for the mental stress Microsoft has given me.(Gears 5 and xbox...

I have never been so dissatisfied with Microsoft and their services as I have been the last two days. I downloaded Gears 5 earlier this week so I could play it as soon as it came out, yesterday, at nine at night. I was excited, as I've been a fan of the
series since it came out(I was 13 at the time of the first installment). Me and my buddy, who has always completed the campaign with me on launch night, got online and we were pumped. Then, the tech problems began!!!! Amongst having to finish our downloads
in game, have the game's services bug out and not work, the game crashing for my friend
and more, part of the new files I downloaded were corrupt. We tried our best to figure things out, but after
THREE HOURS we decided we would just try the day after.

Today I woke up and saw to my dismay that the in game download for the rest of the games features hadn't finished, which is how I learned I indeed had corrupt files. Having a 5mbps download speed, I knew reinstalling would take over a day at my house. So,
i decided to drive to a coworkers house and use his internet. After waiting until he got off of work, I drove to his apartment. I signed into live on my PC, got the download done in just over and hour, and drove home. This entire process took a total of 4
hours, with driving through traffic, unplugging and setting up my computer, etc. I get home, get some food and sit down to play the game I've so desperately been trying to play, and boom. Xbox live services are down.

I have never been the one to [Mod Removed] on forums, but I am honestly so fed up with everything at this point. I took time off for this game. Three days. I just had to waste one in it's entirety to get where I am now, which is where I
was last night. It's been 24 hours of flip flopping between excitement and frustration, and as a loyal customer of 13 years, I have
NEVER had these many issues in such a short span of time. I really need some kind of compensation for this, because god damn I'm about to just get a refund, and take this as a sign to
stop trusting this company for good. I hear playstations better anyways, and if thats not PC gaming is just fine.
