Dear, Xbox Support and Insider Hub

I recently was given a false cheating strike on xbox live because of people being able to spam report a single person waithout any consequence. I would be some what ok with it, but, I recently found out that with this false ban for a week, I also lost my
privlage to enter the xbox insider hub. I pay $60 a year to enjoy xbox but, I dont feel safe logging on my account anymore becuase it is that easy to get banned. I want xbox to get rid of this fake cheating ban so I can enjoy playing xbox with my fellow firends
in the insider hub. If xbox decides to not fix this problem or send me to a nother forum page, support number, or ignore it, they will have just lost a few loyal customers.

You only get a suspension if you have actually done something to violate the ToU/CoC.

Anyone who abuses the reporting feature risks enforcement action themselves.

You could have 100 reports filed for cheating,if you haven't done anything wrong then you wont get suspended.

Any enforcement action against you stays on your record permanently & will not be removed.

You should be able to join the insider program again after a year from when you were suspended.

Sorry to hear it. Unfortunately no one here is able to help with enforcement issues. You'll need to log in to http://enforcement.xbox.com/ and click the hammer icon. From there you can see the reason for the
action and open a case review with the PET.

I've already sent an appeal for both false reports i have and they said they would get back to me but my new question is if I appeal will the strike be removed? Because long story short i was false reported and it counted tor 6 strikes 2 more of them and I am permanently banned, if my appeal is accepted are the 6 strikes lifted and also do strikes rest yearly or something? And if I reach maximum strikes do they reset? I hope i don't get to that point but because of the false report it might happen

Perhaps, you should ask yourself why you have 3 strikes and whether you need to modify your behaviour while online to stop getting strikes against your account.

That is a huge issue then, who is holding these moderators accountable? I just had my reputation ruined with a false strike, you can see my comment, nothing about it violated tos and it was not posted in any lfg or anywhere it would be deemed inappropriate. Moderators have to follow the same tos they enforce and I'm pretty sure punishing someone for nothing is a form of tos violation.
