Did you try the OSU2 file or only OSU1?

You may need the OSU2 file if the build number of the OS requires it to complete offline update.

Step 10 of System updates solution has more detail.

Hi Try using the offline update tool to download osu2 then followed osu1 if you haven't already.

    OSU2,OSU3 update?

Hi, {BRAZEYO}! thank you for reaching out.

My name is AJ, I'm an Independent Advisor for the Xbox Community.

I understand you want to download OSU2 and OSU3.

To clarify, have you already tried to download these files at ( https://support.xbox.com/en-US/help/hardware-ne... )? both files are listed under the "Download the Offline System Update File (OSU2 or OSU3)" section, along with instructions on how to determine which of these files you need.

Alternatively, you can also use these links to trigger a download for each file:

    • OSU2 - https://www.xbox.com/xboxone/osu2

    • OSU3 - https://www.xbox.com/xboxone/osu3

Please let me know if you need assistance with the update process, I'd be happy to help.

    Best regards.
