I need someone to fix my rewards I haven't gotten credit for 5 or more games I bought please ...

I haven't gotten credit for any game I hve bought since I've been on this program since 2013 is there any way to fix it?

Throwback Thursdays

On 6/1/17 I purchased a 12-month Gold membership so I could purchase the Tekken 6 game to get my 3000 Reward Credits! After purchasing the game I haven't received my credits for the Throwback Thursdays Rewards! I really need some help here because this whole
thing is kind of confusing in the fact that I had to go from one page to another and then to another just to find out I still haven't gotten any of my credits yet! Someone please help!

 

haven't received points for buying a controller on microsoft online store

I bought an xbox design lab controller last week. It's status is now shipped. I STILL haven't gotten my rewards points for making the purchase. Is this broken? it's not even 'pending'

You can earn Xbox Live Rewards Credit in two ways:

1. By finishing the offers located on the MyMissions page at Xbox Live Rewards .

-or-

2. For non-offer purchases, you can earn Credits by earning a one star MyVIP level through purchasing at least $300 USD or regional equivalent of eligible content. After you receive your first star you will begin to earn a percentage of your eligible purchases
back as payback Rewards Credit. Pre-orders, in-game consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP.

In September 2014 we changed to the MyVIP policy. As a result, payback based off Gamerscore (MyAchievements) was discontinued. Also, as of July 2014, we do not award Credits for Xbox Live Gold renewals. In September 2015, we made some refinements to the
program. One change that happened was an adjustment of MyVIP purchase thresholds. If you did not reach any MyVIP ranks with your purchases from September 2014-August 31st 2015, you were placed at a default rank. Since you were a zero star member, you did not
get payback Credits on your purchases. You can check your current MyVIP level/progress at (Xbox Live Rewards). The next
MyVIP re-calibration is set to occur after the end of this month.

Since you are now a one star member, you can expect to see your MyVIP payback calculated as a monthly whole for your eligible purchases, and placed as pending by midway through the following month.
