I actually found a blog from the dev stating that it will be available next week. There is still no clarification as to why, but it seems odd considering it is available on every other applicable pc platform already. As such I doubt region issues have anything
to do with it unless there is something region related that is specific to the microsoft store.

Well, this somewhat satisfies me. Atleast there's a workaround for this, to turn your phone into a hotspot. Considering that there are hotspots almost everywhere and it's starting to increase. But I'm still skeptical on the mobile broadband. I wondering
that they used the word "mobile"

At a minimum you'd still be paying $40-$60 for unlimited data IN ADDITION

The assumption made is that you already have the hotspot option
on your mobile device.
