I submitted an appeal because I got a suspension, originally I thought it was for no reason so I made an appeal, afterwards my buddy called me and told me he was on my account and got it suspended and Im here looking for a second appeal.

There is no way to get a second appeal. If they denied the first one, there is nothing that can be done.

Also, no one else should have access to your account. That in itself is a violation of the rules.

This seems like an automated response and does not help resolve the issue. I need someone to reach out to me for assistance. When I went to the link you provided it says there is no phone call/chat for this kind of issue. But as stated in my post, I cannot resolve this with the account recovery form so I need someone to contact me or provide me a support call number to get this issue actually handled and away from this continuous loop of automated support that is of no help.

It all depends on which product you want to refund since according to Microsoft/Xbox policies a subscription can be refunded within 30 days, meanwhile a game can only be refunded within 14 days and also not having accumulated significant hours of play.
