    i need some help


    OK so the issue i am having is whenever i start up a game or an app it gives me an error code (0x8027025a). I went online and did some research where it told me to hard reset and stuff like that but I've followed all of the steps and it still gives me
    the message. i did find a little solution though where i restarted my xbox and replug in my external hard drive and it allows me to start up a game but after like 3 minutes of being on a game or app my game stops working and then whenever i go to restart the
    game it gives me the error message and some apps i have installed on the xbox wont even start at all such as youtube which is giving me a "this will take a minute or two" message and then coming back and saying "youtube took to long to launch" so if anyone
    has anyone solutions or help please respond back.
