Just a heads up, if you are trying to submit the account recovery form, you would need to submit enough information that can help you recover the account and if they are not sufficient, you will have the chance to submit another form.

This is the only way where you can recover the account if you do not have access to the security proofs anymore when trying to change your password. You would need to keep doing this and change some of the information that you might think is not correct until you can recover the account.

Microsoft is really strict when it comes to account security but as long as you are able to provide enough information that is on the account then it will be recovered.

I'm sorry to inform you but you cannot transfer games between different consoles and pc. If you bought the game for one console, then you can only play it on said console. You will have to buy it on pc to play it.
