I need some help cause one of my previews just disappear

Suggested tip did not help per usual( sorry, not trying to come off as snide) as the issue is not tied to a caching it oersistant data issue. The issue seems to be a video codec handshake issue that is just not occurring when it needs to. The issue has been
disappeared with the recent preview dashboard update, although now a slew of other issues have arisen with the preview dashboard update that has caused me to just factory reset my machine at this point to get it to work properly.

I just noticed that some of my original clips that I have recorded on this account have disappeared. My gamer tag is . I was just viewing them a couple weeks ago and now it looks like my first 10 clips or so have disappeared. Please help me get
my clips back. My greatest clip I have ever recorded is one of the ones that disappeared and I am very upset about it. It was recorded in December 2015. Please please please recover my old clips

The problem is games disappear out of installed and ready to install on my xbox all the time and i constantly have to go find them in the store and hit “Install” so that it adds back to my tabs. And its not like it doesnt know if i own it cause its says
“install”, not “buy”, some games just disappear randomly.

A possible solution for your issue though is holding down the Xbox logo for about 10 seconds until the console shuts down, then unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes.
