    I need serious assist with my issue


    The Xbox Virtual Agent is failing to connect me with a Specialist. The box is saying "Connecting you to a live agent." And the Specialist is asking me if we're still connected. But my text box is grayed out. Thus I cannot reply back.

    Also I've been trying to recover a hacked account of mine for over a month now. I've talked to 3-4 specialists. I've made great progress with every one of them. But in the end, I've been being told to receive an email from them or the recovery team in the next 24-72 hours. I wait to the last minute but I never receive anything from anyone. The support team has been testing my patience very much. I need serious support with my situation. This is literally a total waste of time. I don't want to show hate to the live agents personally. But this is getting really frustrating

    Hello Wiggly, by your description you already have an open case with Xbox support, only they have access to your case.

    Ideally, try to contact them again and when you manage to speak with an agent, provide the protocol number of your case.

    I don't believe MS refunds things bought in the marketplace, sorry about that. Before you buy something they warn you that its not refundable.
