Based on what you had posted here you may have had Xbox Live Gold up until Feb 8th. Most likely, it was in the middle of the monthly subscription and they may have canceled the sub and removed the pending charge.

The other issue about being charged twice for Xbox Live is again an issue when the system tries to charge your card for a month and there's either not enough funds or the bank doesn't process the charge. Meanwhile your subscription remains active but the
charge is pending. Then you get into the next month of Xbox Live gold and the charge for the last month and the next month go through when there's funds on the card.

Xbox Support should be able to see when your billing date is and see the pending and attempted charges and then finally the successful charge for those two previous months.

MICROSOFT*ULTIMATE is charging me every month, & I don't have it as subscription or anything this is a scam that you'll need to fix & reimburse me my money for something I don't even have!

this is the only charge I've seen that continues each month despite canceling everything but I can't find any services except windows 365 lowest option that would be close to this price being charged. I will get a new card before the next date the charge seems to be occurring. I appreciate your help.

No, they cannot look up an account based on a credit card being used. If you believe there are unauthorized charges using your card and you don't know what account these charges are coming from you will need to contact your credit card provider to dispute the
charges and get a new card.

You might also want to check your billing history here to check if you were perhaps being charged for a Xbox LIVE Gold Renewal or maybe even a Zune Music Pass.
