I need out of Xbox insider on my banned account

I see you mention that you knew about a ban of some sort. Was it a console ban or an account ban? If you check your account at the
Xbox Live Enforcement site, do you see any Enforcement actions listed there?

Additionally, are you having issues messaging people using your console, the Xbox app, or Xbox.com?

The more information you can give us, the better.

Hey there Khazam!

If your account was banned within in the last 12 months, you may still be eligible to submit a case review via the
Xbox Live Enforcement website. You'll need to sign in using the banned account in question in order to submit the review.

Beyond that, no one on forums, twitter, chat, or phone team can provide any further assistance with actions taken by the Enforcement team. You'll need to read the Enforcement site and follow the case review steps.

Unfortunately, we are unable to remove any bans from accounts. Accounts that have bans associated with their gamertags are not able to participate in the Insider Program.

If you would like to try Sea of Thieves, you will need to purchase the game when it launches.

Isn't it called the Xbox Insiders program now? And I think you can just download the Insider Hub from the store. There is no more waiting, unless your account is suspended or banned.
