I need one more switch

Hi, I wanted to game share with a friend for the first time but, it said I already used my switches. I didn't even no there were switches and now I got to wait some time before I get them back. I joined Xbox in 2017. My account is Edgy. Please,
this is new to me. I heard I was supposed to be contacted after using my 5 switches but, did this not happen and there is a survey for 1 more that I can't find. Please help.

You only get one more chance if you didnt use it

Since you donno when thrnlast time are you sure your "friends" didnt alrrady use it

When you try and do the switch it will ask you'veif you would like one more reset

This is the one and only time within 12months you can do it

If your" friend" used it this is whyni you NEVRR share your accountnperiod

you can change your Microsoft account password and this will prevent access to your stuff on your xbox

You have to be on the console to reset it

If you have exceeded your 5 allotted home xbox changes you will have to wait 12 months from the first time you changed it or contact official support at support.xbox.com/contact-us

But how do I become eligible bc I really need one more switch. I am 100% sure I only have used a maximum of three switches and when I used my forth for the switch I’m in need right now, it never switched and now it says I have no left.
