I need my xbox controller replaced

My controller is under warranty but website not working. What am I supposed to do? It would be nice if you all fixed those junk xbox 1 controllers. I see a class action lawsuit currently on this drift issue. Please fix this

options, change your category/topic until you do. Billing & Subscriptions and "I don't recognize a charge" usually works for me.

Hello! If you're looking for a decently priced new controller (Nothing special), I recommend using Amazon to find a replacement (They're currently out of stock of their normal controllers, but prices in past experiences had it priced around $45), or you
can buy from Microsoft's own site
here.

My day 1 controller needed to be replaced about 2 months ago. It's the only controller I've ever needed to replace.

Sounds like the controller is failing and will need to be replaced. You should not be smelling like that. My suggestions would be to replace the controller.

try unplugging the wired controller then turn on the Xbox to see if it still experiences the same issues.

when the lead for one of my wired controllers became damaged it gave me similar issues and I couldn't even sign in using my other controller.

if everything works as intended with the wired controller unplugged, you will either need to replace the controller, or if you are lucky, you might only need to replace the USB lead.
