    I need my pending credits even if I change my Rewards account region


    Hello guys! I can´t reply on the previous posts, so I´m making a new one. You can read them here: Xbox Rewards not giving my credits because of different regions

    I need to know how I´m going to receive my 15.000 rewards credits because I preordered the following games on april 6th to complete this mission: Xbox Live Rewards

    Bulletstorm: Full Clip Edition

    Yooka-Laylee + Toybox Pre Order

    Little Nightmares - Digital Edition

    I can send to you the receipt of my purchases, and you can see on my account too. I need to get all my pending credits from this 3 games, ´cause it´s not fair that I have bought them to complete this mission and not getting the reward. Even if my account is
    on a different region, I have the proof of purchase, and I´m a Rewards member! If I change my region like you are proposing, I want to be sure that I´ll not loose this credits by any means.

    Can you solve that for me?

    i want to request the pending deposits from my old account to my new one. in my old one i have pending 2750 rewards because they cant be deposited for change of my region so i change everything now and shows that all its ok now

    Hello gusalomao,

    Unfortunately, since you are a US Rewards member, only purchases in USD are eligible for Rewards. Since your purchases were made in a different regional currency, they are not eligible for Rewards.

    Not being awarded credits for july

    Once rebates are given, they are shown with the last date of the month they are for. They are never actually given on that date though.
    Yes, exactly, my pending credits hasn't changed since showing my pending rebate credits for June. The only credits showing as pending are from June's purchases, which I haven't yet received because I haven't hit 5000 yet. By now,
    my rebate for the purchases I made in early July should be at least showing as pending, surely? It even says on the rewards page that "it takes 96 hours" for pending rewards to change. The purchases I made in July would put me well over the 5000 needed to
    trigger a deposit, so I am sure my pending credits hasn't changed to reflect July's purchases.

    Your deposit is being prevented due to a mismatch between your Brazilian Rewards Account region and your US Microsoft Account region. When you register into the Rewards program, we create a Rewards account based on your Microsoft
    Account region at the time of registration. Since your Rewards Account is a separate entity from your Microsoft Account, migrating your Microsoft Account region will not also change your Rewards Account region. Therefore, when your Rewards Account attempts
    a deposit in one regional currency, it cannot complete when your Microsoft Account is of a differing currency.

    However, this issue can be fixed by heading over to the Microsoft Commerce page at (https://commerce.microsoft.com) to update your Microsoft account to match your Xbox Live Rewards location. Also, it would be
    too early for your Vault Credits to be deposited. From the FAQ on Vault Credits:





    I claimed Rewards Credits from the vault. When will I receive them?

    If you claim Rewards Credits from the MyVIP Vault, they should appear as pending in your account within 96 hours. Once they are pending in your account, the normal deposit process kicks in. Generally if you have over 5,000 Rewards Credits pending in your
    account in the first half of any given month, that amount will be converted to your local currency and deposited into your Microsoft account on or around the 30th of that same month. If the Credits show as pending in the second half of the month, that amount
    will be deposited into your Microsoft account on or around the 15th of the next month.


    Please note you need at least 5,000 Rewards Credits pending to automatically trigger a deposit, though you can request a deposit for the next scheduled date as long as you have 1,000 Credits pending. Also, if you have ongoing issues with us depositing
    into your account, such as your account not matching up with your billing location, you might want to consider choosing a different prize from the vault, as we won’t be able to deliver your Rewards Credits until the deposit issue is resolved.

    When you register into the Rewards program, we create a Rewards account based on your Microsoft Account region at the time of registration. Since your Rewards Account is a separate entity from your Microsoft Account, migrating your Microsoft Account region
    will not also change your Rewards Account region. Since only purchases in your Rewards' regional currency are eligible for Rewards, your USD purchases for your GBR Rewards account were not eligible.

    The instructions on migrating your Rewards account are listed in the FAQ:

    What if I move to another country or change my region?



    Rewards Credits are converted to the currency associated with your original country of enrollment. Any Rewards Credits already deposited are yours to keep, but changing your region will result in us being unable to deposit any Pending Credits that convert
    to your new region's currency.



    Not to worry, though! If you would like to continue participating in Xbox Live Rewards, simply opt out of the program and then sign back up again. Your account will start fresh and you'll start earning Rewards
    Credits that will convert to your new currency. So, if you're planning on moving, be sure to request your Rewards Credits deposit early before you change your region.



    While you will lose your progress by starting a brand new account, you can start earning Rewards Credits that will successfully reward your newly registered regional currency. To confirm that you have re-registered correctly, you can check your join date
    from the MyRewards page at (https://rewards.xbox.com/myrewards/). If your join date shows a specific date, then your account has successfully been re-registered. If you see “???” then your account is still
    being created. If you open a new post after being able to log in to your new Rewards account, you can request any currently pending deposits from your old account to your new one.
