I need my download code of GoW 1,2,3 please.

I bought a Gear of War Ultimate edition Xbox One from Microsoft.com.

Microsoft and Amazon showed:

• Includes access to the entire Xbox 360 Gears of War collection to play on Xbox One at no additional cost if you play Gears of War: Ultimate Edition on Xbox Live before 12/31/2015 (download codes will be sent via an Xbox Live message before 12/31/2015).
  

Because of this deal, I bought it on Microsoft.com and played it on Xbox Live before the deadline, but I never ever received a download code. Today's 5/13/2016.

gears of war and gears of war 3 redeem code not working

Just got myself a new copy of GOW 4 and got me some standard codes for GOW 1,2,3,Judgement. Codes not working for GOW 1 and 3. Says some region code error. GOW 2 and Judgement working. Please assist !!

i have gow 4 UE with disc and code gow 1,2,3 and judgement, for download not working,why?

i buy on amazon, last month, JANUARY 2018.

When can I receive the download code of Gear of War 1,2,3? It's been almost half a year.
