I need my Alan Wake's American Nightmare code

i never received my preorder code even though I made my preorder back in February and it stated 7-10 days of purchase the code would be delivered to device! All I get is a lot of people telling me to be patient and wait and months have gone by and I and
I am so frustrated here! So much for preordering! I am not slure I'll ever try that again nor will I ever trust it again! I am angry that had I gone elsewhere I could have already had my game!

No Quantum Break Codes

I haven't received the codes for either Quantum Break on W10 or Alan Wake/Alan Wake's American Nightmare on Xbox 360.

25 days have passed and they have not sent me my code Alan Wake's American Nightmare, what is the problem?

 

Oh and I forgot to mention that this was my preorder for Quantum Break not that this shouldn't be already clear by the many other posts by all the many other people like me but I wanted to clarify it just in case it was necessary anyway! I am even more upset
to see and hear that most people that purchased this game long after I did already received their codes yet nothing has been done to rectify what wrongs were done to me yet!!! I really want this fixed!!! So much for preordering! I really could have spared
myself all of this grief and wasted time (several months now!!!) and simply gone elsewhere to get this which you had better believe I will be doing next time since no one seems to care about how I am treated at your company!!! I may even stick with using other
games and consoles from now on even though I have been a loyal Microsoft customer for most of my life because I really don't appreciate the ways in which I was treated during this situation and all of the false promises and lies I was fed about how I just
needed to wait a few days and my game would arrive because it has been months now not just a few days and still nothing and no one wants to make this right! So preordering is garbage! I see now that had I either gone elsewhere or simply spent money with you
to digitally download it I would already have had it but since I decided to preorder it you made me inconveniently wait which very much defeats the entire purpose of PREordering all together because preordering implies doing something to gaine something ahead
of time not way later!!! I think you really missed the point with this one!!! All of the other games and software that arrived already still are included whether or not you order before or after the release of the game and are still included so the only benefit
was getting that game for me! Since I still don't have it yet and I was technically supposed to have it back in February I truly feel cheated, deceived, conned, lied to and I am 100% angry and frustrated here! Next time you advertise something as guaranteed
to be delivered 7-10 days of purchase you need to honor that and not make people wait!!! The rest of the things said 7-10 days of game release but the preorder game said it would be delivered 7-10 days from the date of purchase! Your companies failure to do
that was deceitful and constituted a fraudulent statement and fraud by advertising and representation! You tricked people into making purchases based on the belief that they would indeed have their software in a certain specific timeframe from the date of
purchase then failed to honor that agreement afterwards then even worse you not only made all of us wait an unbelievably long timeframe and some still don't have the software involved but you justify that by making excuses and telling us we have no other choice
but to wait and be patient! What your company should have done was something more for those people that waited and were put off but you decided not to do anything at all! You just made people post on forums until they no longer could because even that started
getting blocked access after a little while too so still people weren't getting their games and still no one did anything about those poor suffering people but made them wait! If you truly cared you would have done something else to balance things but of course
that would cost you and not us so heaven forbid that happen right??? And you wonder why people are so angry right now!?!?! You seriously need to consider the ways in which you do business in the future because treating people this way is just plain wrong!!!

Now my main goal here is to get my missing game but I can honestly tell you that I am very much disappointed in your company and I don't see that changing any time soon as I really do not appreciate how I have been treated! Save a few really nice people
there I can't say I want to deal with this company again unless things change for the better!
