    I need my account unbanned.


    i was banned today i think because of these botted followers and because someone has been botting peoples posts pretending it’s me when it isn’t and wasn’t even my fault. someone has been attacking me with these bots and i’ve had to go on dnd many times and it’s just a huge problem. i need help unbanning my account from someone because it was falsified and it’s not even me doing it, i’ve been a long time supporter and spent a lot of money on your console, i need someone to unban my account, please.

    No one here can do anything about enforcement actions as the enforcement team don't use the forums.

    You would need to log on to the enforcement page HERE for details about your ban & to file for a case review if eligible.

    Sorry to hear about what happened. Please be informed that even a Microsoft Support cannot assist us regarding account suspension because it's only being handled by the Xbox Enforcement team. Due to confidentiality, the enforcement action details are not shared to anyone but Xbox Enforcement team.

    Please instead go to https://enforcement.xbox.com to check more details of your suspension and to check if there's an option to apply for a case review. Might as well check your mailbox for more info about your suspension.

    To add to what Smwutches said even if the ban was eligible for a case review the ban likely wouldnt get removes anyway if your friend did something to cause the ban as you are responsible for your account at all times.

    Since the ban took place over 12 months ago it is no longer eligible for a case review. There is nothing else you can do.
