I need my account suspension removed as soon as possible before 7 pm tomorrow

My account has been suspended from xbox live however it was apparently only supposed to affect multiplayer and party chat capabilities, but instead it completely diconnects me from xboxlive and does not allow me to get some very important resources that
i need before 7pm tomorrow, i need the suspension removed as quickly as possible, and why i have a suspension is because someone had filed a complaint on me about "cheating" i dont know how i was cheating but apparently the conclusion we have come up with
is that i was apparently in a modded lobby of a game and that was some how considered cheating. Please please get my suspension removed as soon as possible, i need netflix for a speech im making for a state competition.

I cannot make an account my xbox home in the personalize setting. It says I can only do it 3 times per year but I have only done it once.

When i start something (games, app) it works correctly. But when i try to start a party, the left panel crash. If i'm in "home" and i start a party it works, but it crash when i start a game. Not connection problems.

I was also told this would be the way to do it by a support agent.

 

Unfortunately support are known for sending people to the forums with incorrect information. If your suspension is not eligible for a case review, then there is nothing else you can do.

 

Theres nothing i can do but there is something the right people can do...please there has to be a way...

 

The enforcement team are the only ones who handle suspensions/bans. There is no other way to contact them.
