    1 subscribed to Groove last month for one free month in order to receive the three free months during the promotional event. My free month has already ended, but no code with the three free months has been sent yet. I was redirected here from a Microsoft/Groove
    tech who said the team associated with this issue would verify my account and resend the code.

    I have not received my 3 month free groove music code

    I got the offer of taking up a free month trial of groove music and get 3 months free via code through the xbox messaging system. I have not received my code for the 3 months and it has been well over 30 days. I need my 3 month free code for groove music
    like stated in the offer.

    I have availed the free Groove trial (
    https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/groove/anniversary     ) it says when you avail a one month paid or trial gold you will receive an additional 3 month gold. I availed the trial of groove last August 12 but until now I haven't receive any code for my other 3

    Hi,

    I signed up for groove music in August as there was a 3 month free. I have now paid for groove for the last 2 months and haven't got my code?.

    Please can you advise as this seems like false advertising to me......
