I need kinect adapter

Hello, some time ago I bought my Xbox one x, and I have kinect from my other xbox one. I found out that they gave away the adapter. I would like to know who I should contact to ask for it.

Got a xbox One X, great stuff. But i would need an adapter for my kinect. Its sold/unavailable everywhere Can u help me on that?

Microsoft has discontinued production of the adapter, so it's no longer for sale.

You'll only be able to find it by third-party resellers on Amazon or eBay, or play your Kinect games on an original model Xbox One.

There is no longer an option to have an adapter sent to you. That offer ended a year ago. The adapters have been discontinued so you would need to try checking any local game stores to see if they have them or go through somewhere like ebay.

I also need one. I bought and XBOX One Day One Edition, with the MS speech XBOX One and Kinect are one they must be sold together. MS changed their minds which I applaud however for those like me that then bought an XBOX One X Day One Edition we had no exchange
program and no adapters on the store.

Go to ebay doesn't make sense, what type of Customer Experience reply is that!? Is the moderator serious?

MS should be offering a practical solution not a go to ebay pay $100 or more for an official device or less for an unofficial.

MS likes loyal customers what about the other way around? MS loyalty to it's customers?

There is a Kinect adapter you would need in order to use the Kinect. Unfortunately both the adapter and the Kinect have been discontinued so you would have to try checking places like ebay for the adapter.

The Kinect will work on the Xbox One X. It just needs the adapter. Assuming it's the right adapter, then it should work fine with Kinect games and voice commands.

The Kinect is definitely not built into the Xbox One S or X. That saleman was misinformed.

if you mean kinect games there are a few, but you'll need a kinect and an adapter.
