    I need help

    check the status of you're account

    Xbox Live Status Xbox Live Service Status | Xbox Live Service Outage

    if all ok

    try to power cycle your console. Please hold down the power button on the front of the console for approximately 15 seconds until the power light shuts off. Wait about 60 seconds, then power it back on. Be sure you see the green "XBOX ONE" animation loading
    screen when you power it back up.

    You will need to get whoever setup the account to take the restrictions off.

    If it was you, you can do it via settings.

    Hello Donathan!

    So if you have a child's account, it's gonna ask for consent to change most of your settings.

    If you are facing some restrictions that were setup with your family, and you don't have access to the adult account, the only way for you to manipulate those settings is to try to make another account and put in an adult date of birth, or wait until the
    child account becomes 18.

    For more information on this situation, try giving our page
    Parental consent and Microsoft child accounts     a look through.
