    Yesterday you guys took out $73.99 with my visa card!! You guys never even asked me if it was okay with me, Now I owe someone $73.99, I WANT MY MONEY BACK!! Why did you take it without my permission?? And you guys don't even have phone number! Put the
    money back into my visa card!!!

    What your going to want to do is go to your settings>account>payment and billing> order history

    This is an easy way to check your order history. Also keep in mind developers collect 10 days before preorders debut. So also make sure its not a game you pre ordered.

    It might be a good idea to view your Microsoft account, review your account security, and change your password and turn on two-step verification.
