    I need help. Xbox Bricked from an update 3 months ago.


    So there was an update like 3 months ago that i had no clue about. I am 75% sure that i was i the insider program because i remember joining. So a lot of consoles got bricked but a lot got fixed. In my case, mine did not. It’s been broken for 3 months and i’m just now getting to the bottom of this. I ran out of warranty in 2019. I do not have 175$ to fix the console. Is it possible to do something to get my xbox fixed. Maybe through an offline update or something??? I really need help.

    Have you cleared system cashe? Also unplug the power brick from the outlet and from console For 30 seconds then plug everything back into and try to connect, it work for me 3 months ago.

    My brick did this a month ago. I vacuumed the vents in the brick and set it up off the ground, been solid ever since. Hope this helps.

    And what was the point of the statement? You think that means anything. Great, you know what an error message means. Doesn't fix the problems. Pre-update = Working Drive. Post update = Brick. Some months ago MS broke drives with an update, it is not unheard
    of. They corrected the problem then, they need to correct it now.

    Recent players in games

    yup I hate whatever it is. It will show recent players from game 1, game 2, and game 3 even though I haven’t played game 3 in like a month. Very annoying. And the game I’m currently playing will only update a couple players from 30 minutes ago and everyone
    else is from a day or longer ago. So dumb. I see no point in needing to know who I played with on call of duty when I haven’t played it in ages. This needs to be fixed quickly...then again this issue has been going on for many months.
