I need help with xbox 360 games on xbox series s

Hello there! I will need you to check this link Troubleshoot playing Xbox 360 games on your Xbox One or Xbox Series X|S | Xbox Support.

I’m on an Xbox series S not an Xbox one, and I have a microsoft account just not an account that works for xbox 360 games and it says I need a gamer profile

Xbox 360 games do not appear to see these users and I'm unable to select them when adding players to 360-games.

User accounts work differently on the 360 (and the 360 emulator on the Xbox One and Series X/S) to the way they do on Xbox One and Series X/S. The 360 had user profiles that needed to be downloaded first.

It's been a while so you'll need to bear with me. If remember you will need to sign in first with this other user you've created, then launch the 360 game. This will download the additional new profile to the console. I think, after this you should be able
to add this player to your game.

Just a friendly reminder though that on Xbox 360 console we can only play 360 versions of the game, so if your games on Xbox One and Xbox Series S are the Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S versions it will not be available on the Xbox 360 console.

Do you have an xbox one with kinect ?

That's is what is needed for that game

If you have series s or x it won't work

(Unless you are talking about a 360 title then you need xbox 360 with kinect
