Discus and support I need help with visuals on cloud gaming in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; anytime I try to play a game through cloud gaming I always encounter colorful lines going down every few seconds and was wondering how to fix it....     anytime I try to play a game through cloud gaming I always encounter colorful lines going down every few seconds and was wondering how to fix it.

    I don't know if this helps but I tested the network connection and it said that it was at 100% wireless strength so I don't know if strength is what matters or not

    know what matters is the distance and computers that stand between you and the cloud servers and how much lag they add to the process.
