I need help with unfair enforcement action

Theres nothing I can do about someone having a bad day, and whoever reviewed the report was definitely having one. The message I was suspended for was "you wanna be a jerk? You just put a target on your back." And if the employee read the rest of the messages they could obviously see we are talking about a game specifically Friday the 13th where you play as Jason ACTIVELY HUNTING DOWN COUNSELORS. If anything the employee took my sentence way out of context, I need help because everytime I try to get on the phone with an actual representative their **** automated system prevents me from doing anything. Is there anything I can do or do I just take this as a sign to sell my series x and get a PS5?

The only way to contact the enforcement team is by logging onto the enforcement page HERE & filing for a case review if eligible.

They can't be contacted by phone & support can not help with enforcement actions.

This isn't fair they're obviously overreaching with their authority and I'm just supposed to sit here and be ok with it? They literally review their own cases so they just get to do whatever they want lol crazy that a "trusted" corporation would have such a flaw in their design

Try to contact Microsoft support online chat.

Unfortunately, Xbox Live Support can do nothing about enforcement actions, other than say there is or isn't one. The sole option is a case review, if the user is eligible for one. If not, it is not subject to review or appeal.

I know this, and I was not allowed for a review, but I still stand by the fact its taken way out of context. to be clear, its a character thats drooling yet there is no sign of nudity, and all that.

It's still a strike on my account one way or another.

I would rather call the enforcement action I've been given a personal reaction then a professional one, very disappointing.

Was hoping to get a second opinion from someone on the enforcement team as it happened before that they accepted a request like this.
