Can anyone tell me what it means, because ive been seeing it when i try to update CoD Ghosts, and i thought it was my console so i bought a new one and im still getting this error code. Please help me

Error code when update fails is sometimes 40A3-0000-D080-0200-8007-2746 and others it's 40A3-0000-D080-0200-8007-2EE2

I have the same problem. When I try to play black ops 2, it comes up with a forced download. I then says there is an error, with the code 3F45 - 0000 - D080 - 0200 - 8007 - 2746.
