    I need help with the xbox game pass app.


    Yesterday I tried the cloud gaming of the xbox game pass app. I updated my controller before and then connected it to my phone as normal. At first everything went normally. I was able to select everything with the controller on the home page. But when
    I went into the game I couldn't use any buttons except A,B,X,Y. Does someone have a solution to the problem?

    Which beta app are you having issue downloading? The Xbox Console Companion App (Beta) or the Xbox Game Pass for PC app (Beta)? You'll need to have he beta companion app downloaded first before you can download the PC game pass app (beta) and you will also
    need to have Windows update version 1903.

    Restart your PC and then make sure you have the requirements to download the PC game pass app.

    All Xbox apps are up to date and I have Xbox Console Companion app downloaded

    But I still seem to be getting the same (Looks Like Your Stranded) message when clicking on the Game pass button.

    I don't own game pass but I'm trying to buy it. Do I need to buy Game pass on the Website instead of the app?
