    I’ve been in the insider program for ~5 years and I’m a level 10 in the program, from the requirements I’ve seen I should be a higher level then omega by now, am I missing something?

    XBox Insiders Forum is the site to post this question for a definitive answer, provided by staff.

    A factory reset is more than likely the way forward, as that is the way to change down to lower rings or leave the program.

    Can you confirm if you are in the Insider program (formerly preview program) as this may be the reason you are receiving multiple console update in a short space of time. If you are in the insider program then it should be possible to move your console to
    a different insider tier that receives less updates or unenrol from the program altogether.
