    I need help with the package that is going off to be repaired


    So my xbox one x is bust and is being sent of for a repair, I have printed the label but I am confused about two things, 1 is what goes into the package, is it the xbox or is it the wires too and controller. Second is where do I take the package, will a
    ups driver take it away from my door or do I go to a ups store. I live in the UK, please help!!

    XBOX 360 online repair status

    I sent my XBOX 360 to be repaired over a week ago. I printed out the packaging label and completed all the steps for shiping, dropped it off at FedEX (shipped to Laredo, TX) I tracked the package through fedex and found that it has arrived at it's destination.
    Yet in the XBOX online repair status it says that the package is still being delivered. Has this happened to anyone? What can I do? Is there a problem with my package getting lost? Any feedback would be appreciated.

    Xbox 360 Repair Status Not Updating

    I sent my xbox to be repaired. I printed out the packaging label and completed all the steps for shipping, dropped it off at fedex. I tracked the package through fedex and found that it has arrived at it's destination. Yet in the xbox repair status tracker,
    it says that the package has not even completed the first step (being scanned by the courier). Has the happened to anyone? What can I do? Is there a problem with my package, or will it just be returned eventually?

    Only send the console. Anything else you send is not guaranteed to come back.

    You would either need to take it to a UPS drop off or contact UPS to set up a pick up.

    If your plan is to send it into Microsoft for repair then yes, one box is all you need. Instructions on packaging and mailing will be explained to you whilst going through the process of setting up your repair request.

    Not at all. It's always best to factory reset the console or, at the very least delete your gamertag from the console before sending it off. If you are unable to do so or forget the service people will delete it for you anyway.
