I need help with the Grove Music pass 4 month trial

On Aug 31, 2017 I bought the Groove Music Pass 4 month free trial. The description said that I would receive my 3 month code in a few weeks. shortly after I placed that order I bought a 3 month Groove music pass using rewards points, and a 1 month pass for
100 points. I never received my three month for the 4 month sign up. How can I get this resolved?

1 month xbox live gold trial expired after 1 day

I just got my 1-month free trial yesterday. After getting free trial for music pass and downloading 1 free games, i tried to cacel auto renewal. After that, i dont see my free trial anymore. The free trial for music pass still appears. Can sb help me?

Groove music didn't receive plus three code

I joined groove music with the black Friday deal. It's now been over 30 days and I did not receive my plus three code.

"Offer ends 31/12/16. One 30-day trial and 1 free promo code to be applied once free trial is completed. Signup requires a valid credit card. Before completion of the first trial month, customer will receive a promo code to be applied for 3 months of Groove
Music Pass. Customers eligible for a 30-day free trial will not be billed for their first month of service. Previous Zune, Xbox or Groove Music Pass trial customers are not eligible for this offer."

Where did you sign up for the Groove Music promotion? If it was on your Xbox One console through the dashboard ad, please be sure to post back here to let us know.

If you signed up through Groove Music's website, or through the Windows Store on Windows 10, you should have received your code within 30 days in your Microsoft Account's email inbox. If you did not see a code come in within that
time, you will want to reach out to Microsoft Support or make a post on the
Microsoft Groove forums. We are only able to assist with promotions that are ran through the Xbox One dashboard.

For Grove Music go All apps, right click on Grove music, click on uninstall.

In Insider builds in All apps you can right click and uninstall Xbox so this may be available when the new build is released to the public.
