Set up a call back from an Xbox Live support agent by following the steps below. The agent would be able to look into your account and see what might be causing that issue.

Step 1 ----Select Xbox One

Step 2 ----Select See other options

Step 3 ----Select topic (Ex. System Update)

Step 4 ----Select "Show contact options"

Step 5 ----Select request a call from support

Hi Bar,

No one from the forum can call you for any support you may need you will need to got to Customer Support an select the proper issue you need help with.

It is still doing it y’all need to answer the phone and work how Sonya is working they can help and sing in on there side and help u with ur game y’all aren’t doing anything to help me I already did that now I’m deleting the game and downloading it back if that don’t work y’all need to come up with something better if not it don’t even matter will will go back to PlayStation simple it that

This did not help it still doesn’t let me reset my password it jus keeps saying not enough information idk what more information y’all want all I’m trying to do is cancel a subscription bud I can only do it from the Microsoft app and it doesn’t let me reset my password I send a request for I can reset my password and all y’all say is not enough info idk why y’all keep saying that If it’s my account y’all needa get me my password back in alr putting everything i know and y’all jus keep saying not enough information and I need y’all to let me reset my password because I need to cancel a subscription and y’all not letting me reset it so y’all just keep charging me for the subscription
