Thank you for trying to help but this does not apply to my situation. There is no email address or phone # attached to the Roblox screen name. I need help finding where to prove the Roblox account is my sons through Xbox so that Roblox support can assist with a password reset.

Roblox does not have a split screen feature. Both accounts have to play on two different separate xboxs in order to play together. Online.

Don't know if they will make it split screen.

To record a game in full screen, or in other words with no borders or window around it, the game itself should be full screened.

Roblox does not have a native full screen mode that I can identify. Achieving a "full screen" view on Roblox is currently achieved with a keyboard shortcut. This is not the same as having full screen natively available. You will need to record Roblox in its natural, windowed view for it to work correctly.
