I need help with rewards I have not gotten.

Hello, I need help I pre-ordered two games awhile ago when the ad was up for the 15,000 credit for each one of up coming games.

I purchased Titanfall 2 and Nhl17 which were both on that list of games and I made sure I was on the rewards program and everything before I did that. I did check back up with support and they told me to contact this and now I am here.

Nothing has changed since then I still have both games and I thought maybe it would be after the games come out I would get the points but still nothing.

Please help!

so i got GTA V the other day and i tryed put the code for $1,00,000.00 didnt work says cant find code - need help

nexts i had also got WWE 2k15 and the same thing..

both on xbox one

i would like to know if there is something i can try to do because i call xbox and they just said try the code at another time but i did that and still nothing...

Also, please ensure that you're putting the code in properly. Sometimes O can be mistaken for 0 or B for 8.

 

Did you preorder digitally or a physical disc from microsoftstore.com? In order to receive 15,000 credits for each, they would have had to be purchased from microsoftstore.com

Since your purchases were made digitally, they were not eligible for that offer. As Smwutches says, that offer is only for physical (disc) purchases off of MicrosoftStore.com.
