I need help with purchasing products

So if I have a card linked to my microsoft account can I still use my microsoft account balance to buy an item? Would my balance be automatically used instead of my credit card?

Yes, you can still use your Microsoft Balance to purchase games. When the option for payment comes up, you have to manually select which payment option to use.

First thing to do would be to get in touch with the place of purchase about a faulty product, if the product is now new then you would need to contact the manufacturer, usually this can be the publisher, check the website

This happened to me too, except I had refunded something from microsoft to a gift card. It says I have the balance but gives me a purchasing error when I buy something. The card company says I have the amount too. Any ideas?
