I need help with Packet loss

I have a problem with packet loss my packet loss is at 24% and it goes up and down between 20 and 30 I did not have this problem until I moved my grandma’s house today the last time I was here I never had a problem but now I do I would like to
ask the Xbox helpers if you can send me any information on how to fix this I’ll be highly grateful and my upload speed is not available I don’t know if that’s a problem but please tell me in your commentAnd my Xbox is the Xbox one.Thank you

if wireless try wired to see if that eliminates it, if not is could be down to the internet connection and may have to be brought up with your isp.

You need to allow the Java program to run when you go to the pingtest website otherwise it can't measure your packet loss. My browser tried to prevent the Java app running and I had to manually click the window. You need to know the packet loss as it's important.
