    Does anyone know what is happening to my xbox because everytime I turn it on it shows this and stops at 50%.

    My main menu has a weird problem. it almost never changes the ads or the advertisements. my internet conectino is fine, because when I live my accounT , the ads change! There is no parents control enable.

    i can not download the games with gold, because this does not appear at my xbox for example

    what can I do? It s funny because once in a while my xbox come back to normal...

    i am sorry about the bad english, i am brazilian.

    If you've already reached your limit, you will have to wait a year before you can change your Home again.

    Perform a hard reset EXACTLY like this.

    Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes. Plug the power cord back in and restart the console.

    I don't have a solution to the dashboard, but just to let you know, for Games with Gold you don't have to use the ad to download the games. You can just search the games in the marketplace and download them.
