    I need help with my subscription


    Good afternoon, I bought the ultimate game pass subscription to be able to claim the Discord Nitro 3 Months but when I give it to Rewards it doesn't come out, and when I close session it comes out. I think it's a subscription failure, is there a solution?

    When you subscribed you adopted a policy that clearly states: There is no returning to Live gold after upgrading to ultimate. It was cancelled. Your gold subscription.

    Sorry for your trouble, I know that is not something to be glad about. Try with support, but I don't know if that will be helpful. Please read the bottom of the page here.

    assist you. Sadly, we here on the forums lack the necessary tools to directly assist with any billing or subscription issues.

    Try this:

    Log into Support.Xbox.com

    Scroll down, Click Contact Us



    Step 1 ----select Xbox One

    Step 2 ----select see other options then subscription changes

    Step 3-----select show contact options

    Step 4 ----select request call from support

    I'm sorry for your issue.

    Unfortunately, the only way to stop the subscription is by accessing your account. Even if the login address is correct, it seems the password is incorrect.

    Honestly, I believe you have only two alternatives: either try contacting support again until you can establish contact, or block the charge on the payment method you have provided. When the charge fails after several attempts, the subscription will be terminated.
