    Basically she is locked out of her account with 2 step verification. We follow all the online prompts including the backup email but when we get to the 2nd step verification with the cell numberis where we are stuck because the number on file is no longer her numbers we have no access to this number. Is there any other way microsoft can help verify her account to unlock including credit cards esed via Xbox. All the xboxes she uses and signed into in past few mo the etc. Please if anyone can help? She has been sitting in front t of the TV with no way to play any of her games because she has so many game spurchased especially diablo 4 and can't use her characters which she spent hundreds of hours on and she would need to start every game over again by purchasing hundreds of dollars in games. Please let me know if there is a way to remedy this ASAP please. It's hurts me to not be able to fix this for her. I mean we are ready to verify in any way needed. Her account that is locked is only used for xbox nothing else.

    I have done this numerous times and they keep saying automated system has determined the Information I provided was not sufficient enough. That makes no sense we have filled this out 3 times with all the correct information and still nothing. The fact that Microsoft is not helping with this matter is very shameful. I have been a hard-core Microsoft customer since I was a little kid and the first windows came out when it was still using Dos. At this point I do not k ow what to do and it's shameful that it's a girl in a wheelchair which loves xbox to pass her day and now can't do that.

    I understand you wanted your sister to access cloud gaming. Please make sure that she has an active Game Pass Ultimate and kindly sign in to your mom's account at https://account.microsoft.com/family/home so she can manage your sister's screen time restrictions.

    Once your mom is logged in on the website, kindly click on your sister's account then click on the "Screen time" tab.
