Hello!

So my account by with the email *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. *** wont work? It says the account dose not exist? I also tried making a new account with that email, to make sure that is an account, but it said it was already taken. i looked into it a little more and found that you account could be deleted i don't know if this is true but is it is, can you help me retrieve it? thank you for taking your time and helping me i had some paid games on that account witch i would like to get back

If your account got hacked, the only option to try to recover the account is to fill the recovery form from Microsoft. In the article below you can get detailed information on how to fill the form:

If you receive the message that the account does not exist anymore when trying to recover it, you will not be able to recover. I'm sorry.

Not even the Microsoft official support can help you with account recovery. You can try to talk to them but they usually will only tell you to fill the recovery form.

Sorry, but there's not anything we can do for you in that situation. You should have an option to try resetting the password for the email, but unless you remember your passwords, there's nothing that can be done.
