    Ok, so my Xbox live ran out today and I purchased more on the Xbox one as that is the console I use more frequently. When I got everything situated I went to play a backwards comparable game and it said I didnt have any and without warning just sent me to
    Xbox live silver and tells me I need to buy more. Please help.

    I have up dated all my info. Both CC and Paypal and Microsoft why wont my new card work THERE is nothing wrong with card i just mad online purches threw vender and paypal as well but xboxlive.com says its 0x80190821. err this is not true please help i just
    want a 1 year mebership or i can take my servece else were

    Okay let's do this! I need help with my mebership :D

    Try a power cycle: Restart or Power Cycle Xbox One Console

    If this does not help, delete your profile from your xbox one (don't worry, your games saves are safe!), reboot the console, log back in with your profile and try playing the game.

    Still having troubles?

    Load a BC game, open the 360 dashboard (View button + Menu button), press X and disconnect your profile, go to memory management, delete your profile...
    now download it again!

    Let me know if this fixed your problem I need help with my mebership :)
