Discus and support i need help with my gaming account i think it got hacked in XBoX Accessibility to solve the problem; HI A friend of mine gave me his old Microsoft game account that had Minecraft, so I changed the security information and started playing and today...     i need help with my gaming account i think it got hacked


    HI

    A friend of mine gave me his old Microsoft game account that had Minecraft, so I changed the security information and started playing and today after about 2 months of playing I noticed that my account was stolen, so today I tried to make a request to the support team to recover it, I entered a lot of information about it but I was told twice that it was not enough, I would like help to find out what information I still need to enter to recover it (as the instructions say, I used my PC that I use to play to make the requests).

    Hi there,

    please follow the steps on here:

    You probably will need to contact Xbox Support, since they are the only ones who can open an unauthorized access case to start an investigation.

    When you are on the Xbox Support contact page be sure that the country shown in the bottom left corner matches your region to check if there is a local support option.

    Otherwise choose the Microsoft Support Chat option, to see if they can help.

    Hey there, you will need to go to the commerce page and take a look at your subscriptions to see if indeed your membership has expired early:
    commerce.microsoft.com

    If you do find a discrepancy you will then need to contact Xbox phone support as they are the only ones to get support for a billing issue:
