    If it's really a charge that you don't recognize, the best option that I can recommend here is to request a refund for it, please use this link to request a refund, https://support.xbox.com/en-US/forms/request-a-....

    I would also recommend following the procedures from this link to secure your account from any unauthorized access, https://support.xbox.com/en-US/help/account-pro.... It is possible that it is an unauthorized charge.

    First, it is important to ask that please refrain from sharing personal information, including email addresses, gamertags, transaction numbers, etc.

    That being said, I find it appropriate to ask some questions:

    — Did you see these transactions listed in your Microsoft account order history with the status “completed”?

    Note: You may want to check the order history with every email address you own.

    — In case the purchases are not there, did you not recall letting use to a friend or family member your card?
    If so, could you try checking their order history and check if maybe this person used your card without your permission?

    If it's on your own account (which you can check at http://account.microsoft.com, contact support and speak to billing. http://support.xbox.com/contact-us

    If it's not, then it means someone else has access to your card and you would need to dispute it with your credit card company.
