I want to be able to change my profile picture on xbox but it keeps saying I'm not old enough but I feel I am this is most likely because I put the wrong year in or something does anyone know any solutions to it

You need to be 18 I believe to use custom gamerpics. Once you set up your age, there’s no way to change it. You’ll need to wait or create a new account.

I'm afraid only way to recover an Xbox account is via the account recovery form here https://account.live.com/password/reset

You can try all the emails you remember or if you had a phone number attached to the account, you can use that too.

If it isn't a Microsoft/Xbox account, then there isn't anything that can be done. Sorry
