I need help with my account and a old code

If you still have the game code,
Xbox Support may assist you locating account where the code was redeemed. They won't be able to know the account password nor the email though, but they can help you to recover it.

Otherwise, You ' ll have to recover all accounts you know and check which one has the game.

I logged into a Microsoft account on my PlayStation a while back and i need to log back in. I dont remember what the email or password is, i only know the username.

Somehow you're gonna have to figure out or remember the email. Its not possible to recover the account without it and support cant/wont tell you what the email is.

Knowing the gamertag (username) wont do you any good. Anyone can easily get that.
