I need help with Minecraft Microsoft account. It's been hacked, how do I get it back?

Hello, please help. I wrote about this to Minecraft Help already and they told me to contact Microsoft.

CONTEXT: I've had my main gmail (and attached family member gmails) hacked near January/February of this year.

They stole a lot of money from me and when I finally managed to recover the gmails, I found out that my Minecraft account was not connected to my Microsoft account anymore. They stole it, and put THEIR email, in the place of mine, meaning I cannot access my Minecraft account anymore because it's not under the umbrella of my Microsoft account (@live.com gmail) anymore.

INVESTIGATION/PROOF:

POINT 1) With the help of a friend, on namemc.com, I am now 100% sure that my account was stolen and the email was changed from mine, to theirs. The name of my stolen account is now set to "Tamagooooooooo" after 3.5 years of it being "ScrewNames". You can see it on the site. Literally look. Look at this person, look at the skin, think about the fact that the name has been ScrewNames for 3.5 years and then see that the name was changed near the date I was hacked. "Ah yes, totally bought account, I just randomly decided that I would name myself TAMAGOOOOOOOOO AFTER, AGAIN, THREE. POINT. FIVE. YEARS. OF BEING NAMED SCREWNAMES." ENJOY MY MIGRATION CAPE.

POINT 2) In one of my PRIVATE Aternos servers "Tamagooooooooo's" UUID appears. Meaning that they were one of the people playing. In my server. Which, again, was private. What I'm trying to say is that it was literally me. This guy has all my stuff now.

POINT 3) The ONE thing that frustrates me the most is that, if you go on NameMC (again, https://namemc.com/profile/Tamagooooooooo.1 ) you can see this person is still blatantly using my skin, the yellow one with a lemon on its hoodie, that I made pixel by pixel. You can see it says it was first worn by that account, because I DREW that and I have family and other people who can vouch for me.

POINT 4) This guy is just wielding my migration cape like it's a trophy. At least change the DARN SKIN OR, get this, TRY TO HIDE THE FACT THAT YOU STOLE THE ACCOUNT.

CONCLUSION:

I DON'T know how to get it back. I've already said this to the Minecraft team, but all I can do is desperately ask for your help, PLEASE. Please help. I have literal metric tonnes of proof as i've had that account since 2014. Or even before 2014 because I remember being small.
I'm incredibly frustrated, it's been SO long. I've lost my migration cape, all my progress on Hypixel although, I don't really care about the server itself, more so I care about my memories IN that server.
I lost my private Aternos servers, and so many other childhood memories linked to that account.

Sorry for the unprofessional language. I'm not feeling professional right now, more like insanely mad at the hacker guy or whatever. Also it's so HARD to contact anyone.

SUMMARY:

Hacker got to my Minecraft account and unlinked my email from it. They then replaced my email with theirs so now my Microsoft account acts like I never owned Minecraft and my Minecraft account does not belong to me anymore as it has that other guy's email now.

All I know is their Username is "Tamagooooooooo". That's about it.

The only way to recover a stolen account is through the account recovery form, although if the Microsoft account that was linked to your Minecraft account was deleted, unfortunately there is not much else that can be done, however, try to fill out the recovery form.
