    im having trouble buying crackdown on my xbox one. i changed every region settings to canada instead of the US on EVERYTHING. the locale settings on my xbox one, all websites that are associated with microsoft (outlook, microsoft, xbox,). i even changed
    the region settings on windows 10. after changing everything, it still wont let me set my province when i try to buy crackdown. it still shows the states. if anyone can help me, i would appreciate any bit of help. thanks

    I'm getting the same problem too!!!! And when I try to change to billing address it only shows American states instead of Canadian provinces... I shouldve gotten a PS4....

    payment options for Canada

    I bought an ASUS tablet/notebook combination with Windows 8 which has XBOX "music" and "video" apps, but when I try to add a credit card to purchase a membership I am denied because the payment options are US. I'm in Canada... it won't allow me to put ONTARIO
    as my province. Is this membership available to Canadians? And how do I change the payment options to allow for Canadian provinces? Thanks.
