I Need Help With Finding Out How To Get In Touch With Someone From Xbox

So I was Recently Suspended On Xbox for 4 Days for violating Community Standards so I tried to appeal it then I was denied after that they Had permanently Banned my account and Banned My IP Address. So My question is how can I get a real person on the phone to explain that this is my first offense and that I was just upset how someone wanted to post my address in my chat Dms with one of my friends accounts.

Just Gonna Say Once They Understand That And I Am Unbanned I Won't Violate Community Standards Again.

Just Please Let Me Get That Account Back.

It Looks Like They Might Just Ban My Account But Just Know I Wasn't Saying Anything In The Way They Thought Whenever I Was Mentioning I Would Have Them Booted Offline I was meaning Because I Would report them to Xbox for violence towards me and the last part to that Sentence I was meaning as in they would have gotten a butt whooping from there parents

Sorry to hear you've been suspended. Unfortunately we are unable to help with enforcement issues. You would have been sent a message to the email associated with your account that gives more info on the suspension though. Be sure to check your junk/spam folders just in case.

You can also log in to https://enforcement.xbox.com to see the reason and duration of the action as well as open a case review with the PET if available.

Please note that a case review is only available for suspensions longer than 24 hours and the PET can take up to 48 hours to respond.

Yea well maybe Xbox should check this shi because they will definitely start to lose some serious money for this It's literally My Very First Offense And I didn't even have Community Standards to read so therefore this is ridiculous

yep, that's the way it is on Xbox, so a perma ban means you forfeit all digital games and dlc, subscription time, any funds in your wallet and as the review was denied that's it.

Well Basically Xbox Is Ripping People Off Because Literally I Got Banned 2 hours After Appealing The Suspension So I've Spent Money On Xbox Whenever I Thought They Would Be More Understanding Than Sony But I Guess Not.
