I need help with Destiny dlc lightfall game sharing it.

Me and my brother normally game share our games so we could play together. I am the one who game shares with him and I always works for the dlc's in destiny. We both have shared about all of the dlc's that have been in destiny besides some that we don't have. I have had a problem with game sharing lightfall since we bought it in January for the pre order stuff. Now the game came out and still I can not game share it with him. I have tried pretty much every possible I idea to game share it and still does not work. I need help from anyone who can.

Please I need help.

Sure. Thanks for clarifying that. Since all your shared games and DLCs are working fine, this only means that sharing this particular DLC which is Destiny 2: Lightfall is not allowed. Please note that it's up to the game publisher if they allow sharing of their in-game contents. I suggest that you instead contact Bungie support team to clarify that since they all have the resources to check it on their system.

Sorry my brother and I both play on Xbox. I have shared all of my games online with him so yes it has worked. And to answer your question I have it set up to where I made his Xbox my home Xbox so I can share my games and dlc's with him. He has also made my Xbox his home Xbox so he can do the same. I have also uninstalled and reinstalled the dlc multiple times and it has still not worked.

Just to confirm, the console of your brother is your account's home Xbox, is that correct?

Is he able to access or play other games and DLCs that you are sharing to him?

What steps have you already tried so far?

I double checked and made sure that there wasn't any downloaded needed, and as I was looking at the most recent DLC for Destiny 2, Lightfall, I saw that a couple people were having the same problem as me. They had finished the campaign of the game and then said they no longer owned any DLC's so I'm assuming it's a problem that the developers are having to deal with now.
